I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially appreciating the friendly and accommodating staff who made us feel welcome. The spa facilities were delightful, providing much-needed relaxation, although the dining options could use some improvement, being quite basic. The location right by Muckross Park was fantastic, offering beautiful scenery and plenty of opportunities for exploration, making it a memorable stay overall.
